Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality articles, blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers that establish the company as a leading authority in the industry.
  • Develop and execute organic growth strategies, including SEO, content distribution, and backlinking, to boost website traffic.
  • Manage and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, industry forums, and other relevant platforms to maximize content reach and engage enterprise prospects.
  • Generate qualified website traffic, drive free trial sign-ups, and generate leads to support enterprise sales conversion.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance metrics and engagement data to continuously refine marketing strategies.
  • Create compelling social media content for company leaders that establish their expertise and thought leadership.
  • Develop clear and engaging user documentation and video tutorials to support product adoption.
  • Enhance the company’s brand to project a polished, credible, and impactful image that supports its long-term growth and market confidence.

Key Specifications

  • Academic qualifications in marketing, business, or a relevant field.
  • 5–10 years in content marketing, growth marketing, or similar roles.
  • Proven ability to drive significant website traffic, ideally within enterprise B2B environments.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, capable of producing compelling content tailored to business audiences.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and content management systems such as WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, etc.
  • Highly self-driven, takes ownership and initiative, adaptable, and thrives in an early-stage startup environment.
  • A dynamic leader who can enhance team capabilities and brings innovative, visionary insights.
  • Should possess the experience and leadership qualities necessary to develop and lead the marketing team as the company expands.
  • Comfortable collaborating with marketing professionals and stakeholders based in the U.S.
